Richardson’s Lookout Conservation Area
Located west of Garden Hill in the Municipality of Port Hope (formerly Hope Township), and accessed off of Richardson’s Road. this 3.02-acre (1.2 ha) property was acquired on December 31, 1962. A platform provides a panoramic view of the headwaters of the Ganaraska River and the Ganaraska Forest.
Richardson’s Lookout CA is closed (no winter maintenance) from mid-October through to May.
While visiting, please respect neighbouring private properties and stay on GRCA Conservation Area land.
