McEwan Nature Reserve is a tract of rolling wooded kame forest and open fields, directly adjacent to the Ganaraska Forest. The property contains a drumlin, a beautiful pond, wetlands, a creek, forests, and retired farmland. Seventy-six bird species were recorded, 22 of which were breeding on the property.
