Grant’s Woods is a 21 hectare parcel of upland woods located on Division Road in Severn Township, 3 km west of Orillia. William Grant donated this property to the Conservancy in memory of his brother Jack, who passed away in 2002. The Grant family had owned the property since 1908. A former house on the property has been extensively renovated to create the Conservation Centre with office. Our gazebo and office are wheelchair accessible and the Periwinkle trail is also accessible. There are 6 trails ranging from very short to 1.9 km. The main loop trail is 1.9 km.

Further information provided by The Couchiching Conservancy, “The property is also our organization’s office, and it is often busy through week. We request a $5 per person contribution from those enjoying the Nature Reserve (who aren’t already supporters or members of The Couchiching Conservancy). If you have any questions, please contact Jocelyn Trudell at 705-326-1620 or engage@couchconservancy.ca”
