This hike leads you to a somewhat magical place. The trail leads you into a gigantic crevice which towers over you.
At the end of the crevice there is a ladder which takes you to the top. On the right is one of the many caves in the area. The trail then leads you to a beaver pond. At the stream and bridge you will start to retrace your steps to your parked car.

Spent a pleasant Victoria Day hiking this section of the Bruce Trail. Only hiked about 1 km in and out, just enough to reach the escarpment. Here is a magical area of moss and fern covered crevices. A must section of the Bruce Trail to visit.
I have lived in Owen Sound for 22 years and I am still discovering the beauty of the area. This trail was a nice hour long jaunt to clear my head and enjoy the scenery.
