From the large parking lot on the north side of Hockley Rd walk west along the road to where the main Bruce Trail heads north from the Hockley Rd. Follow the white blazes for a short distance until you come to the intersection with the Tom East Side Trail. Turn right and follow the blue blazes north. After a couple of km the side trail will swing east and then back west again finally meeting up again with the main Bruce Trail.
Turn left onto the main Bruce Trail and follow the white blazes for about 2.3 km back to Hockley Rd. You will come upon a rest bench with wonderful views of the valley. Upon reaching Hockley Rd it is then a short walk east back to your parked car.
