The area is lovely with birch trees and blue jays around the lake with the picturesque little covered bridge. I would, however, call it a walk rather than a trail. Over 90% is walking along roadways, one of which is Highway 117. Not our idea of a relaxing trail hike. The parking is just roadside parking on Paint Lake Road across from the Cemetery. The very short hike to and from the bridge is nice and we enjoyed a drive along the three roads.
