The premier long distance country walk to Limerick Forest. 4 km from centre of village to edge of Limerick Forest: Brock Street, up Collar Hill, to Scotch line, and follow signed trail. Paved road to start, then rough natural track, some wet spots to go round. Many loops within Limerick Forest (sign with map) and viewing boardwalk into marsh. This an excellent trail for cross-country skiing.
