This side trail goes through two properties managed by the Bruce Trail Association. It is named in honour of a long-time volunteer and former Trail Director with the Peninsula Club. The trail passes a beaver pond, meanders through scenic hardwood forests and fracture dolostone rock. The trail begins as part of the main trail on County Road 9 where it heads east, south of Barrow Bay at mile 66.5.   After 325 metres of the main trail the side trail strikes out to the right. The trail meets up with the Beth Gilhesby side trail but continues to the left at this intersection until it meets up again with the main trail. Where it meets up with the main trail turn left and follow the white blazes back to your starting point on County Road 9.

Parking to access this trail is at a Bruce Trail designated parking lot just .5 km north on east side of County Road 9 (N 44.958825 W 81.226168)
