Hedley Forest Conservation Area is a diverse 17 hectare (43 acre) deciduous and coniferous forest. The red, silver and sugar maples, white and red oak and white ash provide a sheltered habitat for local wildlife including songbirds and white tailed deer. The NPCA purchased the woodlot in 1967 to preserve its natural heritage. Visit Hedley Forest, hike the forest trail, and enjoy its tranquil atmosphere. Note the parking lot is presently closed, park on the roadside.
