Upland hardwood forest and conifer plantations cover rugged terrain that provides many scenic views of the surrounding landscape. 8km of groomed trails. Permitted forest trail activities include hiking, biking, snowmobiling on the OFSC snowmobile trails, and skiing on the Glenelg Nordic Ski Club trails. Access to the forest is approximately 5 km southwest of Markdale. Take Grey Road #12 west from Markdale, south on West Back Line then follow to the end of the road on Hamilton Lane.
Note: Hunting is allowed, in season.
