CHAUDIERE AND TIKIBI TRAILS
The Chaudiere and Tikibi Trails are located at Dokis First Nation. These trails are connected by a series of looping trails. Interpretive signs along the way describe the local plants and history. Stroll along the famous Caudière Dams and discover the upper and lower French River’s wilderness, rapids, and wild scenery. Small user fee applies. Guided tours are available. Find it: From the HWY 11/17 junction near Seymour Street, take HWY 17 west for 56 km (34.8 mi). Turn left at HWY 64, and travel for 39.5 km (24.5 mi) until you reach Dokis Reserve Road. Turn left, and follow the road for about 26 km (16 mi) until you reach Dokis.
