The Town of East Gwillimbury is conveniently located along the highway 404 in Northern York Region. The Town has a rich history, and an excellent balance of both urban and rural communities. Once fully built out, East Gwillimbury will remain 70 per cent farmland and green space. With a commitment to parks and trails, the Town will eventually be home to part of the Lake to Lake trail system, which will interconnect with a diverse trail network throughout the Town.
